The Strategic Foundation (1995–2016)
Our journey did not begin in Silicon Valley, but in an environment demanding the highest levels of precision and reliability: Logistics and Defense.
Our founder, Halit Vermez, spent over two decades as a high-ranking officer and director, managing complex logistics processes and tender operations exceeding $100 million. At the Istanbul National Defense University, he pioneered the first NATO-NAMSA Logistics Simulations by utilizing 3D modeling for training purposes and early-stage AI concepts. The pillars of our values were built during this era: strategic foresight and proven robustness.
The Fusion of Innovation (2010–Present)
With the rise of Deep Learning, Halit Vermez recognized the necessity of merging deep engineering knowledge with cutting-edge creative technology. Parallel to his duties in the defense sector, he began working as a freelance CGI and AI Expert. This new phase focused on bridging the gap between code and creativity. The result was the development of AI systems that automate processes—ranging from real-time character animation and lip-syncing to the creation of high-resolution, award-winning 3D models (such as the 5.0 Upwork-rated cyberpunk taxi).
